MidAtlantic Orthodontics is a family owned company with a culture that derives directly from our core values. These core values are what drive our policies and business practices. They are the foundation of our relationships with our customers and, in turn, the community that we are all contributing members towards. Since 1994, these principles have served to make MidAtlantic Orthodontics the reputable, full service provider of quality products and services we have been known for, and is consistent with the vision Mr. Tony Prusich had when starting the company.

Tony Prusich has over 30 years experience within the Orthodontic marketplace. Beginning with 3M Unitek and then across the early years of Lancer, Tony has seen the marketplace through multiple corporate perspectives that led him to define his own standard of service and customer satisfaction by establishing MidAtlantic Orthodontics. From that point forward, Mr. Prusich has been dedicated to providing his customers with the highest level of quality for the best possible price. He has leveraged his global network to source exclusive innovations while creating an instrument line and repair service protocol that serves as a benchmark today. Mr. Prusich continues to be committed to the growth of his business, and has invested in the talent and platforms necessary to lead MidAtlantic Orthodontics far into the future. Mr. Prusich holds a Bachelor’s Degree in both Economics and Marketing from Manhattan College, and an MBA from Pace University.

As Executive Vice President, Mike Parlante leads the vision for MidAtlantic Orthodontics E-Commerce platform, the company’s primary sales and communication channel delivering transformative convenience and efficiency in supply to all orthodontic practice segments from private, to group, to corporate. Mr. Parlante also oversees all sales related activities, and is a key member of the strategic planning committee.

Mr. Parlante has over 15 years experience within the orthodontic marketplace. Beginning with TP Orthodontics, he quickly established himself as a highly respected sales professional throughout the orthodontic community by effectively cultivating relationships and delivering on his promises. With an astute sense for the needs of his customers, and an eye for growth driving trends in the market, Mr. Parlante anticipated the need for greater hygiene in the use of plastic tray aligners, and is the inventor and patent holder of Capsule – a pocket sized container for plastic tray aligner hygiene accessories adopted and endorsed by many of today’s leading clinical providers of Invisalign treatment. As Executive Vice President, Mike Parlante leads the vision for MidAtlantic Orthodontics E-Commerce platform, the company’s primary sales and communication channel delivering transformative convenience and efficiency in supply to all orthodontic practice segments from private, to group, to corporate. Mr. Parlante also oversees all sales related activities, and is a key member of the strategic planning committee.

Mr. Parlante earned a Bachelors in Marketing from Rowan University.

As the VP of Business Development, Thomas Macari leads the best practice and best in class development of the business in support of MidAtlantic Orthodontics growth goals into the future. These goals are not limited to incremental revenues and profits, but include cultural, operational, risk management, branding, and global market share initiatives as well. Mr. Macari is also a key architect and member of the strategic planning committee.

Mr. Macari has over two decades of orthodontic market experience in advancing positions ranging from sales, marketing, and R&D, to business unit management and executive leadership. Prior to joining MidAtlantic Orthodontics, he led a successful start up orthodontic division, GC Orthodontics America, for GC Corporation. Previous to that, Mr. Macari was a Director for Dentsply/GAC International where he had the opportunity to work with many of the world’s premier clinical educators, manufacturers, and professionals throughout our industry.

Mr. Macari earned his MBA in General Management & Leadership from Dowling College, and his Bachelors in English Communications from Plattsburgh State University of New York.

As Executive Vice President and Co-Owner, Liz Prusich is the heart and soul of our culture. Through her innate sense of care, service, and humanity, everything MidAtlantic delivers is with her spirit of customer satisfaction. It makes perfect sense, therefore, that Ms. Prusich leads all Sales Operations, Customer Relations, and Order Fulfillment functions. She is integral in the institutionalization of company policies and cultural objectives, as well as being a key member of the strategic planning committee.

Ms. Prusich has a strong background in the healthcare field having began her career as a social worker for a number of groups such as DYFS and TRIS whose focus was on the rehabilitation and outpatient placement of youths. While at DYFS, Liz was the youngest Investigator to be promoted to Supervisor, and during her tenure at TRIS, shortly became an Executive Counselor with responsibilities ranging from placement with appropriate specialists based on case criteria to ensuring coverage with managed care insurance providers. All of Ms. Prusich’ experience is the result of her passion and has involved care based service, esteem restoration, and positive treatment outcomes similar to the objectives of orthodontic therapy.

Ms. Prusich holds Bachelors Degree in Sociology from St. Bonaventure University.
