I'm already a MAO online customer. Do I need to set up another account?
No. You will not need to set up another account. MAO will contact you to help you find your IDD products and apply your discounts. Please contact MAO if you haven't heard from us.
How do I find other products on the website?
There are two ways to locate products:
Find the category name on our main navigation bar on the top of the screen, select from the drop down menu and browse products by category.
Use the search feature and find products by name, type or the product number.
How long can I leave items in my cart?
Items are saved for you until you remove them or checkout. That’s the beauty of it. As you see items you’re running low on items, continue to build the list. Then process when you’re ready.
You can also add items to both your Wish List and Requistion List and come back to order them later!
I have multiple locations. Can I ship to different addresses?
Absolutely! You can have as many shipping addresses associated with your account as you choose. Simply add additional addresses in the account information section. You can also select/change the address at the time of checkout.
What methods of payment can I use?
American Express, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal.
Can I pay the invoice when we receive the order rather than paying at checkout?
Invoicing is available to qualified customers. Please contact a representative at (800) 255-3525 to see if your practice qualifies.

Unlike an online supplier, MAO then helps you track your inventory, store products as needed and even anticipate future needs. This Requisition List is accessed from the “my account/history” tab found in the top right hand corner of the screen. Simply select the "My Requisition Lists" and choose the products you are looking to re-order!
